Our Cottage
Our cottage is the perfect fit for large groups looking for a space that has it all! With a beautiful and easily accessible waterfront, a large recreational area, open and inviting dining and living areas, kids' play room with loft, a modern kitchen, as well as a deck overlooking the lake, which makes living in this cottage like paradise!
This newly built lake front cottage is a three-story true cottager's dream. On the top or 3rd floor is an open, loft style bedroom that looks down onto the dining room; this area has one bed, along with a 3-piece bathroom. This loft makes for a perfect kids play area, in direct eye-view of the parents on the 2nd floor. There is a queen bed in the room, perfect for parents with young children who want to be in the same space.
The large and spacious main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounging area—all open-concept, with the staircase leading to the loft. A door through the kitchen and dining room area opens into the large deck overlooking the scenic view of the lake. When it's time to eat, the dining room table will seat twelve comfortably.
From the loft bedroom, there is another level designated as the "kids hideout." Once they climb to this kids area, they can enjoy the lake view as well as the main flow through the glass window. Also, parents can see the kids without needing to go upstairs.
The lower level of the cottage has two bedrooms with two bunk beds. A washroom with a stand-up shower is located across the recreational open area. There is a second living area on this level, containing two couches and a second television, including DVD. The pool table makes the perfect place for large groups to play together.
Through the lower level walkout you will find a barbecue, outdoor furniture and a large wooden picnic-style table, perfect for outdoor meals with the family! Closer to the waterfront is a fire pit with supplied wood for nighttime fires.
The grassy yard is flat and very gradually sloped, making it the perfect area to set up games and activities. There is 120 feet of water frontage and a large dock where the cottage's boat and jetski are parked. Next to the dock is the kayak, canoe and paddleboard stand. Visitors to our cottage can make use of the two canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards provided. Visitors also have access to high-speed internet. Our cottage is sure to please everyone with all it has to offer; it is a wonderful place to make memories, share laughs, cozy up by the fire while roasting marshmallows, enjoy refreshing swims in the lake or just simply relax in the rooms overlooking the view with a great book. It's the perfect spot to spend that much-needed vacation.
