This newly built lakefront cottage is a three-story true cottager's dream. Having six bedrooms and three full washrooms makes all your friends and family comfortable.
Our cottage offers a nice layout, split into three levels inside with a game floor, main floor/kitchen, and loft with a breathtaking lake view. Cottage is located 40–45 minutes south of Bancroft and 10 minutes from the village of Coe Hill. Our cottage has a long shoreline with water access and a private dock.
The large and spacious main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounging area—all open-concept, with the staircase leading to the loft. A door through the kitchen and dining room area opens into the large deck overlooking the scenic view of the lake.
